• Golden Pagoda Mining LLC in Hong Kong – USD90 million for iron-ore mine acquisition and development;

• Surabon mining LLC in Mongolia – USD20 million to restart and to redevelop one of the largest gold mine in South Gobi, Mongolia;

• International Resources Limited Limited — USD12 million for exploration of Mukur and Kostobe gold deposit near Semipalatinsk;

• Dragonfly Mineral Deposit — USD25 Million for exploration and building a processing plant to mine a copper multi element Eli thermal deposit in Indonesia;

• Dragon Global Group Limited– Exist for USD25 Million for its minority stake in a few mineral deposits in China, Kazakhstan and Indonesia;

• Amani Gold Limited (ASX: ANL) — USD25 Million to finance the exploration and define a 4M Oz gold deposit in NE D.R.Congo;

• AJN Resources (CSE: AJN) — USD5 Million to do preliminary geological works and successfully negotiate with D.R.Congo to put most of their State gold and Lithium deposits into the listing vehicle;

• JJ Gold Limited — USD 5 Million raised for the exploration of 3 gold mines in Tanzania.
